The Bitcoin Score
A daily 0–100 score that tells you how much Bitcoin to buy today.
We start by listening. We sit down with your team, find the tasks that eat up your hours and automate them with AI on the tools you already use.
01 · How we think
Before we talk about technology, we want to understand your business: what your team does every day, what eats up their time and what holds them back. Only then do we propose a solution.
We start with a conversation about your day-to-day: what each person does, which tasks repeat every week and where work gets stuck. If it helps, we spend a morning with the person who does the task to see it first-hand.
30-min call · free
We capture each process in a step-by-step map: who does what, with which software and how long it takes. Then we put numbers on it, hours a week and euros a year, so you know from day one how much you stand to gain.
Process map and estimated savings
We propose the simplest solution that solves it and test it in a pilot with your real data. Then we connect it to your tools, train your team and monitor it so it keeps working. And if something isn't worth automating, we tell you.

02 · What we solve
Chances are one of these sounds familiar. That's usually where we start.
Keying PDF invoices into the accounting software, forwarding delivery notes to the accountant or hunting for that file someone saved “somewhere”.
See solutionAn overflowing info@ inbox, the same questions on WhatsApp over and over, and someone sorting every message by hand.
See solutionPulling data from several spreadsheets into the same report every Monday, or guessing purchases and stock because the numbers are never up to date.
See solutionCopying online shop orders into the ERP, form leads into the CRM or accepted quotes into invoicing. By hand, and with mistakes.
See solutionA mobile app for your customers, a SaaS platform with subscriptions, an internal tool you're missing or a website you've outgrown.
See solutionAn assistant that answers from your manuals, contracts or product sheets, citing where each answer comes from.

From the first call to ongoing maintenance. At every step you know what we'll do and how long it will take.
We listen: you walk us through how you do it today and we tell you honestly what's worth automating and what it would cost.
We send you in writing what we'll do, what it costs and when it will be ready.
We start with a single process and test it on your real data. If it works, we move on to the rest.
We get it running on your systems and show your team how to use it day to day.
We track errors, outages and response times, and update it when the AI models or the APIs it relies on change. If something fails, we get an alert and fix it, usually before you notice.
No salespeople or middlemen: whoever you speak to on the call is who then builds it.
We build on what you already use, on EU servers whenever possible, in line with the GDPR and the EU AI Act.
When we finish, you keep the code, the access and the documentation.
Everything we build has automatic alerts. If something stops, we know straight away.

06 · FAQ
What people usually ask us before we start.
No. You know your business and we know the technology. On the assessment call you only need to tell us how you work; the technical side is our job, and we explain it without jargon.
That's completely normal. It's what the first call is for: you tell us about your day-to-day and we tell you which tasks are worth automating, which aren't and where we'd start.
It depends on what needs doing. After the assessment, which is free, we send you a proposal with a fixed price and timeline, and we start with a small pilot so you see results before investing more.
A first pilot on a single process is usually ready within a few weeks.
Almost always. We build on what you already use: Excel or Google Sheets, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, email, WhatsApp Business and business software such as Holded, Sage, A3 or Odoo, as long as there's a way to connect to it. We pick the AI model and the technology to fit the case, not the other way round.
Yes. Spain's mandatory B2B e-invoicing and Verifactu will make almost every business change how it sends and receives invoices over the next few years. It's a good time to automate the whole flow: receiving, reading, recording, filing and sending to the accountant. We work with your invoicing software; we don't replace it.
In your own tools and, whenever possible, on EU servers. We sign a GDPR-compliant data processing agreement with you.
We design it to: assistants say they're an AI, anything sensitive always goes through a person, and we explain what the AI does and doesn't do. If you like, we train your team in using AI, which the law already asks of businesses that use it.
We do, if you want, with a maintenance plan. And if one day you'd rather run it yourself or with another team, you can: the code, the access and the documentation are yours.
Everything we build has automatic alerts, so we know as soon as something fails and get to work on it. It's the same system we use for our own products.
Yes. We focus on SMEs, but we also work with large companies: we start with one department and one specific process, with a pilot, and grow from there.
Tell us how you work on a 30-minute call and we'll tell you what's worth automating. It's free and you're not committing to anything.
